Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 days after you purchased it

  • We do not ship on saturday, sunday or bank holidays

  • E-MAIL notification with your tracking number will be send within 2-3 business days

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped with Colissimo (La Poste) from Paris.

  • Orders to France will be delivered within 2-5 business days after the confirmation of start of process

  • Orders for Europe (except France) will be delivered within 5-8 business days after the confirmation of start of process

  • Orders for all other countries will be delivered within 10-15 business days after the confirmation of start of process

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

You have up to 7 days to return items purchased at Kalyanam. Items must be in original condition than once delivered else it will not be accepted. For returning the item you will be in charge of the delivery.

We refund the cost of the returned the items as soon as we receive the delivery, and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
